Order Cancellation Policy
All orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after four hours from the time of purchase, or once the order has been fulfilled or a shipping label has been created. Once an order has passed this window, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns/Exchanges
Due to the circumstances of our online shop/mobile business we do not accept returns. However, if you have an issue with your order please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to try and resolve the issue for you!

Damages and issues
Each order is covered by insurance via USPS. So please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive your package and it appears to be damaged from shipping please document as much as you can, including pictures of the package, so that they can be uploaded for the claim with USPS.
